Flay will sign copies of his cookbook, "Bobby Flay's Bar Americain." In order to meet Flay and get your copy signed, you must purchase the book at Williams-Sonoma. You can purchase the book in advance on September 20, or pre-order the book by calling 410-571-0589.
The book-signing will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 21. Flay is best known as an Iron Chef on the Food Network, as well as the host of multiple TV shows, such as "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" and "Boy Meets Grill." He also owns 10 restaurants, including Bobby's Burger Palace in Washington, D.C.
