However, I do have to ask this: How could a professional magazine editor be so unaware of basic copyright laws as to believe that it's legal (or even morally right) to lift full articles from the Internet without permission? I thought it was basic knowledge in culinary journalism that ingredients lists can't be copyrighted, but everything else can.
