"The struggling economy has taken its toll on us and the challenge to make it through another quiet winter here in St. Michaels is overwhelming. This was an extremely tough decision, as you might imagine, especially considering the relationships we have built up over the last 6 years with our great guests and our dedicated staff."

However, the duo's other restaurant, Brasserie Brightwell in Easton remains open. I highly urge you to visit -- the menu is fantastic.
