Besides lots of water, sometimes a certain kind of drink is needed to help get you through the aftermath of a fun night. This week’s drinks have you covered ranging from non-alcoholic to low-level alcohol cocktails. They’re simple, delicious, and will help get you back on your feet in no time.

Ginger Beer with Angostura Bitters
Rhea's Rundown
If the mere thought of alcohol has you running to the bathroom, give this soothing drink a try. You might be familiar with the version that uses ginger ale instead of ginger beer. However, ginger beer has even more of those compounds from ginger that help calm the digestive system, and is even more delicious in my eyes. Choose you favorite ginger beer (Gosling’s and is pictured) and throw in a dash or two of bitters. Squeeze a little lime in for some extra flavor and let this drink work it’s magic.
Pineapple Coconut Water & Champagne
Rhea's Rundown
This concoction has two of my favorite things to drink: champagne and coconut water. Champagne is a great choice because it’s light, bubbly, and not heavy in alcohol content. Coconut water helps refuel the body with potassium, electrolytes, and hydration. Together they’ll whisk you away from your hangover troubles. Choose your favorite coconut water (Vita Coco pineapple flavored coconut water is pictured) and your favorite champagne and combine about three ounces of each in a glass. Adjust the ratio according to how much champagne you want/can handle.
Michelada
Rhea's Rundown
A michelada is a traditional beer-based Mexican cocktail and it’s the perfect hair of the dog solution. Simply use your favorite Mexican beer (Corona is pictured) and bloody Mary mix. My favorite is Major Peters or a house blend. Add a salted rim and lime and enjoy! It’s a mild, smooth way to ease out of your hangover and is truly delicious.
