Ingredients
1-15 pound watermelon
Special tools: a melon baller, a sharp knife
Directions
Slice the watermelon, at its thickest spot, into one big ring. Take the ring and slice it into 8 triangles as if you were cutting a pizza. Set the ring on a plate in a circle, like a cake. Take a melon baller and use it as a scoop to scoop out the remaining flesh. Place the melon balls on top of the watermelon as if it were frosting. Garnish with a bit of mint.
