Anyway, the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. to the public. It serves, as the name suggests, Latin food such as Rum Glazed Pork Cubano, Mojo Marinated Atlantic Salmon, Cuban Braised Beef “Ropa Vieja”, El Cubano Sandwich, and Paladar's Blackened Fish Tacos. There are also 50 types of rum — try a mojito!
