Friday Night Cocktails: The Gingerbread Man

In a mixing glass, muddle three dials of fresh ginger. Add:

• a dash of ground cinnamon

• a dash of gound nutmeg

• .5 ounce fresh lemon juice
r

• .25 ounce green chartreuse
r

Shake thoroughly with ice, adn then strain over ice into a highball glass.
