Friday Night Cocktails: Minted Watermelon Cocktail

2 cups watermelon puree
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup simple syrup
3 ounces vodka*
Ice
Mint leaves, for garnish

*Try Three Olives Watermelon vodka, if you can find it.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, and garnish with a mint leaf.
