Bob Pascal's Habour Inn and Marina in St. Michaels is now under new management and has added a new executive chef, David Hayes. The Inn is promoting its Sunday unch, which features a carving station, an omelet station, and other special additions such as steamed shrimp and award-winning cupcakes by Pamela Zak. Now I'm not a big eakfast food person, but shrimp and cucpakes? I think I could go for those at any time of the day.
