3 pounds chicken wings and drummettes
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 limes, juiced
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

You can either bake or grill the chicken wings. To bake them, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the wings and gently toss until they are fully coated. Baked for 30 minutes until they are cooked through. If you're grilling, heat your grill and transfer the wings, grilling for approximately 10 minutes. Turn them every couple of minutes to ensure even cooking.

Combine the lime juice, zest, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until thickened. Toss the wings with the sauce, and garnish with cilantro or green onions, if desired.
