Family Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Escribano Estate in Spain

Rhea's Rundown
This is my absolute favorite extra virgin olive oil and has become a staple in my kitchen. Before even tasting this olive oil you can see its freshness and vitality by it's almost neon green color. A high smoking point also indicates its premium quality. Season's describes it as, “…world class, exhibiting notes of green apple, green almond, avocado and minimal bitterness. High polyphenol counts keep things healthy while enhancing a slight, quick peppery finish”. Polyphenol is a type of antioxidant and this oil has a count of 353 of it. I fell in love with this olive oil the first time I tasted it at Season's and I recommend it for every kitchen.
