The liquor license transfer hearing was held today [7/7] and was approved! There is a 30 day appeal period, but there was no opposition to the transfer.
We've begun a lot of work at the Northwoods site. If all goes well with permits and work needed I believe it could be ready the end of August/beginning of September. At the present location, the end date remains up in the air. The drug store project has a lot of work to do and remaining permits to obtain, which looks like we can operate into August."
