We chatted with the owners for a couple minutes and found out that this is just the second of a planned seven Philly Flash restaurants. The next three are planned to open outside Annapolis (including College Park) in the next 18 months. The restaurants are owned by Joseph A. & Donna DeCesaris with the help of their children, Jenna & Neil Butler, Geaton III, Elisa and Juliana.
In addition to cheesesteaks, Philly Flash serves pizza, subs, and chicken wings. I didn't get to try a slice of pizza, but I did see it coming out of the kitchen -- now I have to go back to try it out!
