Hopefully, after 48 hours of knowing that there will be no Maryland representation in this year's Super Bowl, you've dried your tears and recovered from your hangover.r
So now it's time to move on. The Giants and the Patriots will meet again for the Super Bowl in just less than two weeks, and what I really care about is what food will be served that day. (As we all know, that's generally the most important thing to me anyway.)
We're hosting a relatively small get-together for the Super Bowl this year, and I plan a pretty casual menu to go along with it. I'm thinking along the lines of something like this:
- r
- Beef and Beer Chili r
- Buffalo Chicken Meatballs r
- Pressed sandwiches r
- Garden salad r
- Tortilla chips, guacamole, and salsa r
- Brownies r
I tend to go overboard on food, and looking at the menu, I realize that I can probably cut either the sandwiches or the meatballs. But knowing me, I'll serve both because I like to make everyone happy with tons of options.
