Ingredients
2 jalapeno peppers, stem and seeds removed
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 lime
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine peppers, garlic, onion and tomates in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add in cilantro and pulse a few more times until it coarse and combined. Transfer to a dish and squeeze the lime juice into the salsa, stirring to combine. Garnish with additional cilantro if you choose.
Makes 1 large jar of salsa.
