This crispy small bite is a jewel in that it combines sweet, juicy peppers with salty, cream feta. The sweet and salty combination is one not to be missed.
Ingredients
10 to 12 bagel crisps
2 to 3 mini sweet peppers
3 Tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Chop the peppers roughly. Combine them in a bowl with the feta cheese and toss well to combine. Top each bagel crisp with a generous spoonful of pepper mixture.
