Ginger Kiss (recipe and photo provided by Domaine de Canton)
1 part Domaine de Canton (Ginger liqueur)
3 parts Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Directions:
1. Squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge or add a dash of lemon bitters.
2. Serve in a champagne flute.
Flying Aphrodite
2 ounces Tequila Avion Reposado
1.5 ounces rose water (or Monin Rose Syrup mixed with water)
1 ounce prickly pear juice
¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
1. Shake all ingredients over ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a crimson rose petal and fresh strawberry.
Who Needs Her
Ingredients:
2 parts Maker's 46 Bourbon
½ part Cointreau liqueur
½ part maraschino liqueur
½ part fresh lemon juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Sugared rim optional.
