CELEBRATING 40 YEARS
Founded in 1986, FutureCare is celebrating our 40th anniversary as Maryland’s premier rehabilitation and skilled nursing provider. FutureCare operates 16 sub-acute rehabilitation centers across the Baltimore/Washington area, providing the clinical expertise, innovative resources, and support you need to get you back home faster and stronger. FutureCare also offers VitalStrong Outpatient services in many of our centers. Our newest location, FutureCare Annapolis, joins FutureCare Chesapeake in providing comprehensive short-term and outpatient rehabilitation in Anne Arundel County. Both locations are recognized as WalkStrong centers of excellence for orthopedic rehabilitation.
WalkStrong is designed to help patients regain strength, balance, and mobility following an orthopedic injury or surgery. Chesapeake is also a HeartStrong center of excellence for cardiac care. This program is designed to help patients learn how to manage the long-term effects of heart disease through innovative educational activities like our Heart Healthy Cooking class along with a full complement of nursing and cardiology oversite.
