How Cold Is Too Cold for Dogs and Cats?
Cold winter weather can be dangerous for pets, and most dogs and cats begin to struggle once temperatures drop near freezing. Short-haired breeds, seniors, kittens, puppies, and pets with medical conditions chill even faster. Frostbite can affect ears, paws, and tails, and hypothermia becomes a risk when a pet is shivering, slowing down, or searching for warm places to hide. Keep walks shorter in very cold weather, and check paws for ice buildup. De-icers or antifreeze can be highly toxic, so keep them away from pets. All pets should have access to warm indoor shelter, and none should be left outside for long stretches in below-freezing temperatures. For outdoor or community cats, provide a small, insulated shelter with a cat-sized entrance and straw (not blankets, which hold moisture). Make sure water doesn’t freeze and always check under car hoods—cats often climb in for warmth.

How can stem cell therapy help with aches and pains, swelling, fatigue, hair loss, and brain fog?
Regenerative medicine, specifically stem cell therapy, uses powerful cells, either from your own body or from a prescreened donor, to decrease inflammation, repair injured tissue, and stimulate natural healing. Often people think that aches and pains are a normal part of aging, but these symptoms are often really a sign of inflammation. Stem cells can calm inflammation, improve blood flow, increase oxygen and nutrient delivery. The bottom line is, stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine can address orthopedic, neurologic, autoimmune, cardiovascular, and aesthetic goals all in one clinic setting.
