I think about what I’m putting in my body and if I really need it. The junk food of my youth is gone. I find myself conscious of what food is good and bad for me.

Warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream.

1. If I were to take a fitness class, it would probably be a cardio class.
2. What role does nutrition play in your life right now?
It plays a major role. Since starting the exercise classes I have given up soda altogether. I used to drink upwards of four sodas per day. Now none. My alcohol consumption has also been regulated to special occasions only. No more chips, candy bars, or unhealthy snacks of any kind. My eating habits have changed dramatically for the good. While I can’t say that I have become a health nut, I can say that my eating habits are more centered around a healthy diet.
3. A diet splurge for me would be a:
A large steak with a plate load of mashed potatoes and several cold beers—and a large dish of chocolate ice cream.
