
Getting a workout in during your day is not the most exciting thing. I know that most people hate working out, but love the feeling they get when they finish. If this is the case, then what is motivating you to keep going? What is pushing you the extra 15 minutes on the bike? Or making you stay on the treadmill for that extra mile?
During a workout, I, personally, forget about wanting to lose my vacation weight or feel better in my bathing suit. I think about how I am ready to call it a day and jump in the shower. Something that keeps me pushing for a little bit longer is getting to the end of a good playlist or the end of a podcast episode.
We can always make our own playlists wherever you stream your music, but itsnt it so much more fun when someone else does it for you? Get pumped up to some new music with some of these playlists, or podcasts.
If you decide to make your own playlist, set it for a certain time. If you know you want a 30 minute workout, add 10 songs to it, make it a 30 minute playlist. If you don't know exactly what songs to put on the playlist, but know one that you love to work out to, start a Pandora radio. Pandora allows you to pick one song or one artist and plays similar songs.
