
One of the newest, and seemingly quickest growing lifestyle plans is to go vegan. Stars from Carrie Underwood to Venus and Serena Williams stick to a plant-based diet for many reasons and, if you so choose, you can easily as well.
To be vegan, you must eliminate any animal byproducts from your diet. Eliminating meat, cheese, and other dairy can be a shock to your system at first, but can make you feel better in the end. Because most of us grew up on a more popular, carnivore diet, we don’t realize that the fatty cheese and meats that we are eating may be what is causing your discomfort or abdominal pain. An all-natural diet can also aid in a weight loss plan. Though losing weight may not be your top priority, eating right should be, losing weight can just be an added bonus. It is possible to eat clean in a non-vegan diet, but eating vegan can help you set up better guidelines when just telling yourself to ‘eat clean’ isn’t working.
