But every so often, we’re forced to do a double take – an amazing property or layout or realty deal, all combined into one. We only wish we’ll look this good at 94. The epitome of Annapolis waterfront property with deep-water access, walking distance to all things downtown and a quiet street location with private parking, it’s no surprise this charm-laden Craftsman cottage went under contract within four days of listing. And that’s no anomaly: It also received a contract within a week the last time it went on the market nine years ago.
Certainly the home’s most appealing feature is its location. Hip metropolis residences in the heart of restaurant and shopping districts usually aren’t buffeted by mature trees, a cozy sidewalked neighborhood, and tastefully landscaped front yards.
