Annapolis - The Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show returns to downtown Annapolis beginning 10 a.m. on Friday, April 24 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26. Thousands of visitors will be in downtown Annapolis to see new and brokerage sailboats for sale along with exhibitors, seminars, and vendors. In addition to boarding beautiful sailboats, guests are invited to meet with boating clubs and charter companies, shop gear and equipment, and catch up with marine professionals and sailing friends alike.
Due to City Dock construction on lower Dock Street, setup for the Spring Boat Show will be altered to include the top of Ego Alley and portions of Randall Street. The changes will impact traffic patterns in downtown and drivers should pay attention to Annapolis Police direction (see map, attached).
DOWNTOWN PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Throughout the weekend, parking on close-in residential streets will be reserved for Ward One residents only:
- Prince George Street from Craig Street to East Street;
- East Street from Prince George Street to King George Street; and
- Randall Street from Prince George Street to King George Street.
Boats will have no dockage in Ego Alley after Sunday, April 20. As always, visitors must check in with the Harbormaster (410-263-7973 or VHF 17).
Vendor load-ins will begin on April 21 for both land and water exhibits.
