Officially listed as 5-foot-10, Cole seems larger than that in person. With big hands and a long stride he will be an asset to the Admirals again this season, for which he'll play point guard. Cole carries a 3.2 GPA right now, and says AP U.S. History is his favorite class. He's undecided about what he'll do when he graduates in a year and a half.
r
“I visited Dickinson and Gettysburg Colleges to get the process started,” Cole says, “but I still haven't made up my mind.” Though he's unsure of his future major, Cole has thought about following his dad's career path, into the field of law.
r
Cole is training to be a peer counselor at school, he referees soccer games on the weekend, and when winter comes, he'll officiate basketball too. “Basketball is so intense,” Cole says. “It's just five guys on the court and teamwork is so important. I like the pace of it; it's always fast-paced.” In his spare time, Cole enjoys being with his friends and family—often playing even more basketball.

Golf and Lacrosse
With a 4.11 weighted GPA and a 1,810 on his SAT, this senior is in high demand. He's looking at Michigan, Penn State, and Villanova right now, hoping someday to become a doctor. But outside the classroom, it's even more fun for Austin, who credits his parents for the nudge to get him involved. “Sports are my life,” he says. “I will play them as long as I can. My parents [Gordon and Susan of Annapolis] made me play a sport a season as I grew up and I am grateful for that. It has shaped who I am today.”
r
A National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, and International Baccalaureate Program member, Austin also finds time for Ultimate Frisbee, volunteers for events hosted by the Parole Rotary Club, and was captain of the golf team during the recent fall season. Austin has a younger sister, Maddie, who's 15.

This tall, three-sport star boasts a 3.7 GPA. In college, he wants to pursue a degree in either nuclear or chemical engineering and his top choices for college, right now, include the U.S. Naval Academy or the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. But Josh also finds the most fun on the sports fi eld with his friends.
r
“With sports, I enjoy the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team,” Josh says, “having a dozen or so other guys beside you that push and support you on and off the fi eld.” Two years ago, Josh played second base for the first-ever Obezags team to take a MIAA-C conference title.
r
He's an 11-year veteran, having played pretty much since T-ball. Having just wrapped up soccer (he's a midfielder), Josh is getting ready for winter as forward for the basketball team.
r
Josh lives in Crofton with his parents, Jennifer and Matthew. He has a other, 17-year-old Liam, and a sister, Katelyn, who's 13. Josh is on the Math Team, plays in the jazz band, and tutors fellow students in Spanish.
