Annapolis, MD— Bayview Builders is proud to announce that Guy Pilli, longtime leader of Pilli Custom Homes and a widely respected name in custom homebuilding, will be joining Bayview Builders in an advisory role.
For decades, Guy Pilli has been known for a highly personal, hands-on approach to homebuilding and for the trust he has earned among clients, architects, craftspeople, and trade partners. As he enters the next chapter of his career, he is formally transitioning that legacy to Bayview Builders — whose values, standards, and approach closely reflect the qualities that have defined his work.
In his new role, Guy will serve as a brand ambassador for quality, provide guidance on means & methods, support training & mentorship for Bayview team members, and continue to foster relationships and referrals across his longstanding network.
