St. Michaels, MD - Bring your family for an artful afternoon, joining artist Nancy Lorentz for a fun and relaxed painting class. Lorentz will lead families step-by-step in painting her “Cosmic Crab.” Since putting on a spectacular display over Talbot County last fall, the aurora borealis have inspired many artists and photographers. In this playful painting, it seems that the whole cosmos is carried on the back of a blue crab in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay.
All painting materials provided by CBMM, plus child-friendly drinks and cookies. This program will be best enjoyed by children ages 8-and-up and their adults. We welcome families of all kinds, but all children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
