Taking over the former Tuscan Prime space at 1905 Towne Centre Blvd, Suite 100, Cavalli blends the legacy of its predecessor with a vibrant, modern take on Italian dining.
Local restaurateurs Brian Hovermale, Lino DiMeo, Arturo Ottaviano, Ivano Scotto and Jamie Kujawski, the minds behind these celebrated establishments, are bringing their signature styles and culinary expertise to Cavalli. While guests will still find favorites like hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood, the real excitement lies in what's new: a bold emphasis on fresh, house-made pastas crafted daily and paired with scratch-made sauces that celebrate the richness of Italian cuisine. With a reputation for excellence and an eye for innovation, the team is excited to welcome guests into this elegant reimagining of a local favorite.

Cavalli offers a variety of dining experiences to suit every occasion. Guests can enjoy meals in the tastefully decorated dining room, the inviting outdoor patio, or in one of the three private dining spaces, perfect for celebrations or corporate events. The bar, featuring a stylish and welcoming ambiance, is an ideal spot to unwind with friends or colleagues.
In addition to its lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch menus, Cavalli offers Happy Hour specials in the bar and lounge from 4:00-7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday (extended throughout the entire evening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

- Friday: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- The bar remains open one hour later nightly.
- Weekend Brunch: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
