Baltimore, MD - Comedy Dynamics has officially released Drew Landry’s new stand-up special 10 Things I Hate About Drew on Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play, and other major streaming platforms. Landry’s previous special All My Friends Are Dead was called “life-affirming” by Paste Magazine, reached #1 on the iTunes comedy charts, and won the award for Best Stand-Up Special at the Laugh After Dark Comedy Festival. The special will air on cable in 2026.
“10 Things I Hate About Drew” was produced by Super Nice Guys, helmed by Emmy-winner Jack Vaughn (former head of Comedy Central Records.) Comedy Dynamics is the largest independent comedy production and distribution company. They have worked with a wide range of established comedic talent, including Kevin Hart, Jeff Dunham, Jim Gaffigan, Aziz Ansari, Pete Davidson, Tiffany Haddish, Ali Wong and many more.
Originally from Baltimore and now based in LA, Landry can be described as “a confident trainwreck.” His humor is aggressively silly, with an intense stage presence, whip-fast delivery, and an ability to inject lighthearted goofiness into even the most dark and personal stories. His new special is full of exuberant storytelling, never going 10 seconds without landing a punchline. He dives into topics like recreational Nyquil use, his mother’s guiding light of endless optimism, and the tragic life of Charlie Brown.
Starting comedy at age 13, Landry went on tour with Carlos Mencia 2 weeks after graduating high school. He has performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs festival, and has toured with Iliza Shlesinger and Dana Gould. He also performed at The Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, the San Diego Comedy Festival, and others. He performs regularly at the Hollywood Improv with his recurring show Salty AF. He has also written satire articles for Total Sorority Move and wrote the humor section for the popular hip hop publication DJBooth. His humor articles on Medium have received a total of millions of views, including his piece “I Have A Theory That Donald Glover and Childish Gambino Are Secretly The Same Person” which went viral.
