As much as we love to read, the books with endings that we predicted from the first chapter are never as great to get through. We are waiting for that 'shock factor' to wow us, really keep us on the edge of our seats and keeps us turning the pages for more. Well to make that a bit easier, I have already picked out a few book options that will keep you engaged.

My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult: Even if you have seen the movie, you need to read the book. You may think you know how it ends but the book is completely different (for the better). "Anna is not sick, but she might as well be. By age 13 she has undergone countless surgeries, transfusions, and shots so that her older sister, Kate, can somehow fight the leukemia that has plagued her since childhood.
