ANNAPOLIS, MD - The City of Annapolis No Harm Violence Intervention Program is proud to announce its 2026 Community Service Resource (CSR) Pop-up Tour, a free neighborhood outreach series designed to connect residents with valuable community resources, services, and opportunities throughout the summer.
Beginning Thursday, July 9, the CSR Tour will visit neighborhoods across Annapolis, bringing together City departments, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and community partners, all in one convenient location.
The No Harm Initiative is a program in the Mayor’s Office. It works to reduce violence and improve the quality of life in Annapolis by connecting residents to prevention programs, supportive services, and positive community opportunities.

The tour is designed to make resources more accessible by meeting residents where they live. Families can receive information on employment opportunities, education, youth programming, health and wellness services, mental health resources, public safety initiatives, financial assistance programs, and much more.
All events are free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to stop by, meet local organizations, ask questions, and discover programs and services available throughout the City of Annapolis.
The CSR Tour reflects the Mayor's Office's commitment to building safer, healthier, and more connected neighborhoods by fostering meaningful partnerships and ensuring residents have direct access to the services they need.
Organizations interested in participating as a resource vendor are encouraged to register in advance. This is an excellent opportunity to connect directly with residents, share available programs and services, and strengthen partnerships within the community.
