Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation is giving out grants to catering, dine-in, and non-drive through restaurants. These grants can be used for working capital and to replace income lost due to restrictions and limitations related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to these grants, there will be a separate grant for food trucks. The Restaurant and Food Service (RFS) Grant Program is supported by $5 million in CARESAct funding as announced by Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman on October 27. Restaurants will be able to earn a $10,000 grant while food trucks will be able to earn a $5,000 grant. To apply, you must be an Anne Arundel County business in good standing with the state of Maryland and be able to submit a copy of your food service license, an executed W-9 form, and a voided business check.
