There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods and you can start using your benefits right away.
Each membership includes:
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 2 periodic oral exams
- 1 set of bitewing X-rays
- 1 emergency exam if needed, including any necessary X-rays
- Fluoride treatment (2 for children 13 and younger)
- 15% off most dental services
- No missing tooth exclusions
It’s simple, our patients will pay a set fee and get the preventive care you need, plus savings on additional treatment if needed. No claims to file and no waiting around for insurance approval. Our patients will receive exceptional care from a trusted dentist office with over 80 years of experience. We offer a few plan options depending on your needs:
Adults (14 and older)
$525 per year
or $200 down and $32 per month
Children (13 and younger)
$425 per year
or $150 down and $27 per month
Perio (for ongoing periodontal care)
$640 per year
or $250 down and $38 per month
