Kristin Luca joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to residential real estate. Her background in high-accountability environments informs her work with both buyers and sellers, with an emphasis on clear communication and a well-managed transaction process.
Christian Schou, a lifelong Eastport resident, specializes in waterfront properties and offers a deep understanding of the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. In addition to his real estate work, Schou serves as a firefighter, bringing a disciplined, service-driven perspective to his role advising clients across Annapolis and surrounding waterfront communities.
