The Rotary Club of Annapolis hosted its annual gala, Black Tie & Diamonds, on March 2nd at The Hotel Annapolis. Benefitting Partners in Care, the event featured cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, seated dinner with live auction, and dancing to hit music from C&J Entertainment.
