Guests gathered at a private residence in Annapolis on Saturday, July 20th, to enjoy an intimate concert by Grammy Award-winning pianist and composer Peter Kater. As he played, Kater encouraged members of the audience to lie down beneath the Steinway piano to experience the full impact of the music, and many happily took advantage of this unique opportunity. The event supported Maryland Theatre for the Performing Arts and brought awareness to the community about the opportunities that would be created by having a world-class cultural and conference center in the heart of Maryland’s capital.
