Get your groove on and come out and support the Chesapeake Bay Foundationbr(CBF) at the 12th Annual Bands in the Sand! Located on the water’s edge, thisbrfun-filled evening will help raise funds to defend and protect the Bay. Sobrbring your appetite—and your dancing shoes—and celebrate all night long!

The Details
What can guests expect? Located on the waterfront, enjoy live musicbrfrom bands like Mad Planet, Misspent Youth, and special guest Los Lobos! Sipbrand savor delicious drinks and a variety of mouth-watering food. Test your luckbrwith a raffle drawing—one ticket for $25 or five for $100—and win prizes, likebra scooter from Chesapeake Cycles or two tickets every month for a year to RamsbrHead on Stage.
Food and drinks? It’s an all-you-can-eat (and drink!) extravaganza! Enjoybrfried fish sandwiches, jerk chicken sandwiches, pork kabobs, and even veggiebrburgers for vegetarian guests. Add a side dish like potato salad, fruit salad,bror roasted veggie salad. And don’t forget dessert! Complement your meal with anbrassortment of drinks, such as beer, wine, rum punch, and sodas.
What about parking? Parking is available at two remote lots that willbrhave access to a shuttle going to and from the Phillip Merrill EnvironmentalbrCenter. The main lot is at St. Anne’s School of Annapolis, located at 3112brArundel on the Bay Road, Annapolis. The overflow lot is at Hillsmere ElementarybrSchool, located at 3052 Arundel on the Bay Rd, Annapolis. Another way to arrivebrat the event is by using Uber. The dress code? Feel free to come in casual wear. Come prepared withbrcomfortable sand-friendly shoes (or go barefoot in the sand!) along with abrsweatshirt or jacket as the temperature drops and wind may pick up later in thebrevening. Don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen as well!
Are tickets still available? Tickets are still available, but don’tbrdelay in getting yours, as ticket sales will end on Wednesday, June 8th—orbrsooner if it sells out! Tickets are $150. Additionally, $85 from your ticketbrprice will be donated to CBF and is tax deductible. Keep in mind that yourbrticket sale is final and non-refundable. You can purchase tickets at What’s Up? Tix.
