Fish for a day, party for a night - all for a great cause - at the Fish For a Cure Fishing Tournament and Shore Party on Saturday, November 8th. Starting at sunrise, fishermen will head out onto the Chesapeake Bay for a day of fishing, returning at 4 p.m. for the weigh-in at Pusser's Caribbean Grille in Annapolis.
While fisherman compete to bring in the largest rockfish, heaviest string of perch, or any three unique species (for the Grand Slam category), they also compete for bragging rights in the Captain's Challenge - a fundraising competition in which each Captain is asked to raise as much as they can to benefit the Geaton and JoAnn DeCesaris Cancer Institute.
