It was an evening of vintage glitz and glamour at the We Believe Foundation's A Night of Pink Hope, held on Saturday, Fe uary 14th at the Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis Showroom.
About 150 guests, channeling their favorite classic Hollywood movie star, kicked off the evening with cocktails, provided by Grey Goose Vodka, and passed hors d'oeuvres, courtesy of Catering by the Bay, while perusing the extensive silent auction tables and posing for the camera in the vintage photo booth.
While guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner, four women—each a cancer survivor under the age of 40—read “love letters” they had written to family members and friends, thanking them for their support. It was a moving tribute fitting for a Valentine's Day event.
A Night of Pink Hope raised $25,000 to benefit the We Believe Foundation and its mission to help teens and young adults conquer cancer.
