What's Up? Media hosted its monthly “Pop-Up Happy Hour” on Tuesday, November 29th at Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen & Wine Bar in Annapolis. Attendees enjoyed complimentary tastings of the restaurant's Burrata Bruschetta—a beautifully plated, rustic dish with ultra creamy Burrata cheese, combined with a base of crispy, toasty garlic ead, yellow and red heirloom tomatoes, a savory layer of pancetta, steamed asparagus, and topped with fresh basil and a balsamic reduction.
