To give blood, donors must be healthy, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and not have donated blood in the last 56 days or donated double red cells in the last 112 days. First-time donors should bring their driver’s license or two other forms of identification with them, as well as a list of any medications they are currently taking. Those who have donated before should bring their donor card.
