Disgraced – Compass Rose Theater

Set in a spacious apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this play explores the inner passions and beliefs of five Americans from different cultures. The play explores how the beliefs we learn from infancy are buried inside our adult selves. Ultimately, we are who we are. We can run, but not hide from what we have been taught. We act on our values in spite of ourselves and when confronted with opposing beliefs, we clash, and that is how wars begin. Intense and mesmerizing, this story doesn’t just unravel; it explodes on the stage.

Join Bin 201 in welcoming local favorite, Crow Vineyards, for a complimentary tasting. Crow is a 3rd generation, 365-acre working farm located on Maryland's eastern shore. In 2012 the farm expanded to include vineyards and a state of art winery.
Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Celebration – Chesapeake Children’s Museum

Learn about the Underground Railroad and meet the famous conductor from Maryland’s eastern shore, Harriet Tubman. Appropriate for ages nine and up. Dress for some outdoor activity. Girl Scout Juniors can earn the Playing the Past badge.
Annapolis Irish Week – Downtown Annapolis
Saturday, March 10th, 6–10 p.m. and Sunday, March 11th, 1 p.m.
Annapolis Irish week is synonymous with the end to winter, happy cheery locals, and visitors from far and wide who come to enjoy the lively city. It all starts with The Hooley on Saturday, March 10th, at the Loews Annapolis Hotel. The Hooley is an Irish party, held the night before the parade, featuring dinner, live entertainment, and an Irish Coffee or two. The highlight of the week is the sixth annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 11th, 1 p.m., which has become the largest parade and social event in the city. Participants from three countries and at least 15 states will particulate in the 2018 establishment. Many local establishments key on the upcoming Green week by hosting Irish History dinners, St. Baldrick’s fund raisers, Irish music, and excellent fund raisers across town.
Music 4 More Celebrates 10 Years – Metropolitan Kitchen and Lounge

Music 4 More is celebrating 10 years with an anniversary concert. Enjoy a night filled with live music by Jimi Haha, Paul Pfau, and Priddy Music Academy, drinks, appetizers, and instrument art pieces from local artists on sale. This unique event will feature over twenty art pieces designed by local artists whose creations emerged out of the broken and unrepairable instruments donated to Music 4 More.

The Zombies – Rams Head on Stage

The second U.K. band following the Beatles to score a #1 hit in America, The Zombies infiltrated the airwaves with the sophisticated melodies, breathy vocals, choral back-up harmonies and jazzy keyboard riffs of their 1960’s hit singles “She’s Not There” and “Tell Her No.” Ironically, the group broke-up just prior to achieving their greatest success – the worldwide chart-topping single “Time of the Season,” from their swan-song album Odessey & Oracle, ranked #100 in Rolling Stone’s ‘500 Greatest Albums of All Time.’ To this day, generations of new bands have cited The Zombies’ work as pop touchstones, and the band continues to be embraced by new generations of fans.

For All Seasons, the Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center, brings you the swinging sounds of the Big Band era for year eight of Heart & Music. This year, Director Ed Langrell brings the sounds of a great era to perform Broadway music, classic songs, and songs from today with saxophones, trumpets, trombones, and a rhythm section from the Annapolis Junction Big Band.
An Evening with Victoria Vox – MusicLife, Chestertown

Victoria Vox has taken the artful sound of the ukulele into eclectic new directions. Her music ranges from upbeat and clever to honest and moving, while incorporating her signature “mouth trumpet” and occasionally singing in French. Her whimsical songwriting uses a unique palette of sounds and beats that delight audiences of all ages.
Tubman Visitor Center First Anniversary – Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center, Church Creek

Since opening in March 2017, the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center has welcomed nearly 100,000 visitors from all 50 states and over 60 countries. Save the date and plan to join in the celebration during their one-year anniversary weekend.
Second Saturday – Downtown Cambridge

This monthly celebration in downtown Cambridge features an Art Walk with free art gallery receptions, as well as specials in the independently owned shops and great dining. Shops and galleries are open all day and into the evening. Live music is on tap at several restaurants later in the evening. As always on Second Saturday, downtown’s restaurants will be busy, so call ahead with your dining reservations. Plenty of free parking.
