Calling all water enthusiasts! Whether you’re a longtime veteran or a paddling beginner, paddlers of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in the Bay Bridge Paddle.
Today (May 31st) is the last day to register. There will be no day-of registration. No registration is necessary for spectators. Held on Saturday, June 2nd, check in begins at 7:30AM and first paddle begins at 8:30AM. The paddle will benefit the Annapolis Chapter of the Foundation for Community Betterment.

Annapolis Arts Week Kick Off Event – Maryland Theatre for the Performing Arts
Friday, June 1st, 5:30–8 p.m.
Start your June off right by helping kick off the 2018 Annapolis Arts Week at MD Theatre for the Performing Arts. Bring your blanket or chair and enjoy live Brazilian music down on the StageOne lawn by local musician Jonathan Stone. Witness the unveiling of the newest Annapolis mural painted by Brazilian Artist, Erica Mizutani, in partnership with Urban Walls Brazil and the AACPS Performing and Visual Arts program. Immediately following the unveiling will be a reception and Art Exhibition Opening by renowned local artist, Cindy Berry Sullivan located in the office of MD Theatre for the Performing Arts.

Help support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at their annual Annapolis Leukemia Cup Regatta. The fun starts on Friday at the 7th seventh annual Summer Cocktail Party at Annapolis Yacht Club. Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and a live and silent auction. After the races conclude on Saturday, head over to Eastport Yacht Club for the Rock The Dock For a Cure Post-Race Awards Party. Festivities include delicious BBQ, a variety of drinks, and live music by Swamp Donkey Newgrass.

The Hammond-Harwood House 2018 Secret Garden Tour, continues an Annapolis tradition and a treasured annual event. It will take guests through one of Annapolis’ most historic and “must-see” neighborhoods: Charles, Cathedral, Conduit and Franklin Streets and Acton Landing (the old Anne Arundel Medical Center), all just a minute’s walk from some of the state’s most historic areas; State and Church Circles and City Dock.
