Grab your paddle and head to the Annapolis Harbour for the 2018 Chesapeake Stand Up Challenge, hosted by East of Maui Surf Shop and the Eastport Yacht Club. Paddlers will have the option to participate in three different courses: a 7-mile challenge for more advanced paddlers, a 3-mile challenge suitable for recreational paddlers, and a 1-mile fun-race.

Plein Air Easton Art Festival and Competition – Town of Easton
July 15th through July 22nd
Plein Air Easton is the largest and most prestigious juried plein air painting competition in the United States. Approximately 6,000-8,000 people participate in the week-long festival. Artists from all over the US and beyond apply to this competition and those who are selected paint throughout Talbot County during the Festival week. Highlights include the Festival’s Quick Draw Competition and demonstrations, workshops, exhibits and lectures for all ages.

Pasadena Theatre Company presents their summer production, Damn Yankees. Joe Boyd sells his soul to the devil, Mr. Applegate, for "one good Long ball hitter" for his team, the Washington Senators. Mr. Applegate grants his wish, turning him into a 22-year-old sports superstar who can must go back to his wife before 9 pm on the final game day if he doesn't want Mr. Applegate to get his soul.
Lake Arbor Jazz Festival – Lake Arbor Community Center, Bowie
