Dining Court Grand Opening – Westfield Mall

The food court at Westfield Annapolis mall recently underwent renovations, which modernized and revitalized the area for a sleek-looking “food hall.” The new bistro-inspired dining court offers an additional 200 lounge-style seats, white pendant lighting, and dramatic ceiling sculptures. Every weekend this month, Westfield Annapolis is hosting family-friendly events, including a DJ, a sketch artist, cooking lessons for kids, and other fun activities.
Scottish Weekend – Historic London Town & Gardens

Artists Paint OC: A Plein Air Event – Ocean City Center for the Arts

Pull out your paint and set up an easel in Ocean City for the 13th annual Artists Paint OC. This annual event ings in 50 plein air painters to the area and features many popular regional artists. Watch plein artists paint the beautiful landscapes of Ocean City and collect art during the Wet Paint Sale on Saturday, August 11th. The plein air artwork will be on exhibit at the Ocean City Center for the Arts through the end of August.

The Stroller Run – National Harbor

The first event of its kind, a fun 5K dedicated to runners and their kids that benefit local children's charities. Decorate your stroller, dress up the kids and run like a mom (even if you are a dad). The race is less about clocking your time and more about getting out of the house, being active with your kids, and socializing with other active parents in the community. Whether this is your first race or you are a “Mommy-Marathoner” all are invited to participate.
