It’s another step toward a more accessible, responsive visitor experience.”
While the kiosk offers 24‑hour digital support, the Visitors Center remains open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center continues to be staffed by knowledgeable and welcoming volunteer specialists who curate personalized itineraries, offer insider recommendations, and assist with planning during operating hours. The kiosk complements this in‑person service, ensuring that visitor support extends well beyond the building’s doors.
