Vivi’s Chicken ‘n Mac Opens in Severna Park, Bringing Bold Comfort Food and Community Spirit
Severna Park, MD — A new flavor is coming to town. Vivi’s Chicken ‘n Mac, the newest concept from the MONTE Restaurant Development Group and sister brand to the beloved Squisito® Pizza and Pasta, opened its doors in Severna Park on Baltimore Annapolis Blvd.
Known for its crave-worthy menu and modern take on comfort food, Vivi’s delivers golden-fried chicken tenders, stacked sandwiches, rich and creamy mac ‘n cheese, fresh salads, and signature sauces that pack every bite with flavor.
More than just a restaurant, Vivi’s is built on a commitment to community. As part of the MONTE family—deeply rooted in the region through its Squisito locations—Vivi’s Severna Park aims to be a place where locals gather, families connect, and community pride thrives.

With its vibrant atmosphere and feel-good food, Vivi’s Chicken ‘n Mac is poised to become a go-to destination for comfort food lovers across Anne Arundel County and throughout the East Coast. This marks the second location for Vivi’s, the first location is located in Arnold in Bay Dale Shopping center.
Grand opening details and community events will be held Saturday April 18, 2026 stating at Noon.
