The 2022 Winterfest of Lights will return as a walking holiday event with an even larger path route! The 2022 Winterfest of Lights will be an expanded walking tour that takes you through thousands of sparkling holiday lights and many animated light displays located along a paved path in Northside Park. Sip hot chocolate, take a photo with Santa, visit our gift shop and enjoy the array of holiday exhibits – including many surprises. Come see the 50-foot Christmas tree put on a show for you and soak up all of the holiday spirit at Winterfest of Lights. Wednesday - Sunday from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Bayside Quilters of the Eastern Shore 30th Anniversary Sale
November 18th, 3 p.m.; Trappe Volunteer Fire Company
The Guild is a group of quilters from the tristate area interested in making, learning, and sharing all things about quilts. Speakers, outreach, and classes as well as communication and fun are the thrust of this group. Smaller groups called Bees meet separately to go into more depth on areas of interest and techniques. The Guild meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the Trappe Firehall at 9:30 AM and all are welcome to join us.
Annapolis Town Center Tree Lighting

Join us on Friday, November 18th, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for our annual Tree Lighting at 6:45 p.m. Seasonal singing and dancing performances provided by Maryland Performing Arts Center, Hot Chocolate in the Paseo, Santa arrives to help light the tree around 6:45 p.m., Festivities located on the boulevard near PF Chang's restaurants and the East Village

Talisman is excited to announce we will be hosting another Sip and Paint on the farm! The event will take place on November 18, 2022 at 6pm. The cost will be $50 with a 10% discount for teachers! Bring your own beverage to share around. Talisman will provide snacks and supplies.
2nd Annual Eastern Shore Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival Holiday Edition
November 19th through 20th; Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, Saint Michaels
The 2nd Annual Eastern Shore Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival Holiday Edition will be held Saturday, November 20 from 10am - 4pm and Sunday, November 20 from 10am - 3pm at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, Maryland. The Eastern Shore Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival will feature artisans from around the country featuring coastal and sea-glass related jewelry, home décor, art, and more. The two-day festival ticket includes entrance to the Eastern Shore Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival, live music and all of the exhibitions and historic structures on the campus of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Richard LaMotte, author of Pure Sea Glass books and sea glass expert will be available for Shard ID on Saturday along with fellow sea glass expert Mary McCarthy under the Lighthouse on Navy Point.
LAA 3rd Annual Food Collection (Blood & Sweaters Too!!)

We are excited to partner again with the Anne Arundel County Food Bank, #justonesweater, and the Luminis Blood Bank. Last year we collected nearly 3000 pounds of food, more than 200 sweaters, and 16 successful blood donations, and this year, under event chair FLG20 Eileen Mitchard’s leadership, we look forward to far exceeding, but we need YOUR HELP!

Driving through “Lights on the Bay” at Sandy Point State Park has become a tradition for many families for the past decade. The Lights on the Bay display is a scenic drive along the shore of the Chesapeake Bay with more than 60 spectacular animated and stationary displays illuminating the roadway. Our holiday light show is sponsored by the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.
