World Ballet Series: Swan Lake

Chesapeake Fire & Ice will again feature dozens of ice sculptures spread throughout Easton’s historic district. The event will kick off Friday night with live music and ice carvings on February 15. Outdoor ice skating will be open by nightfall and the streets will be alive with fun! Live carvings will be all over town, including one sponsored by presenting sponsors Preston Automotive Group and Bay Security/Safehouse, LLC – all outside and easy to view with a stroll through town!

Collage on Canvas Art Workshop

Fight off your winter blues with a little February fun! Ignite your creative spark at the Muddy Creek Artist Guild DoArt. Artist Jan Van Der Vossen will be hosting a DIY art workshop creating a collage on canvas from 1-4pm at the Davidsonville Rec Center. No experience necessary. Whether you are a beginner or advanced art maker, you are sure to enjoy painting with paper. Each participant will create a collage on an 11 x 14 canvas. Bring a smock or wear old clothes. Space limited to 30 seats.

The Annapolis Watercolor Club (AWC) is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025 with a series of exhibits and events, including a kick-off exhibit of watercolor paintings at the Annapolis Maritime Museum from Tuesday, February 18, through Sunday, March 16, 2025. “50 Years on the Chesapeake” will showcase a variety of watercolor paintings that relate to the Bay, its tributaries, surroundings and activities. The exhibit will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday at the museum, 723 Second St., Annapolis MD 21403. A reception will be held Friday, February 21, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the museum.
