The Anne Arundel County Master Gardeners teach how to make compost using yard waste and kitchen scraps. Attend a one hour compost demonstration at the compost site on the Wildwood Trail at Quiet Waters Park. Anne Arundel County residents will receive a FREE compost bin.

They offer a year-round educational program and 365-day residential program for students ages 5-21. Their students come from throughout Maryland, as well as adjoining states. Annapolis Juneteenth Celebration

Come out and join us for our FREE 2nd annual parade and festival on Saturday, June 17, 2023! This year, there will be TWO main stages, featuring headliners Avery*Sunshine, Koryn Hawthorne, Pastor Mike Jr., Beverly Crawford, the Chuck Brown Band, and a host of local talent! Fireworks will immediately follow the show. Parade kicks off at City Dock at Noon, and the Music Festival at 2PM.
